MEET THE STAFF

Pastor Chris & Angie Tullos

Pastor Chris Tullos was raised in the Johnstown and New Albany, Ohio area. He attended a Christian school during his teenage years, where he glorious saved by God’s grace at the age of 16. Pastor Tullos has been married to his wife Angie for more than 35 years, and together they have three children, one son and two daughters, all of which are serving the Lord faithfully. And through those three children they have been blessed with six grandchildren, three boys and three girls all of which faithfully attend church

Prior to leading the Gospel Light Baptist Church, Pastor Tullos served as youth director at Mount Vernon Baptist Temple in Mount Vernon, Ohio, where he developed a heart for the broken and bruised of the world and a strong desire to aid individuals who are struggling in their spiritual lives and are facing life’s many adversities.

He is a graduate of Temple Bible Institute and was ordained in autumn of 2009. After which, Pastor Tullos went on to establish The Gospel Light Baptist Church in Sunbury Ohio in January of 2010, where has served as its senior pastor for the past 15 years. During this time, the church has experienced significant growth by focusing on the foundational principles of both faith and family, which naturally foster a welcoming environment for all who attend.

His ongoing mission is to strengthen the Saved and see the lost come to the same saving grace that transformed his own life.

Pastor Caleb and Grace Sinclair

Pastor Caleb Sinclair was raised in the Marengo, Ohio area and came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 7, after coming to the understanding of his own sin and need for salvation. Christian camp played a significant role in shaping his walk with the Lord, and it was there that God called him into full-time ministry—a call he eventually submitted to with a surrendered heart.

He has been married to his wife, Grace, for over 8 years, and together they have been blessed with three daughters, each of whom bring joy and love into their home.

Before entering the ministry, Pastor Sinclair served his community as a full-time firefighter and paramedic, where he developed a deep compassion for the souls of people in their times of greatest need. It was in those moments that He could no longer ignore Gods call to full time ministry. That same compassion now fuels his ministry, as he seeks to encourage believers in their faith and preach Christ to the lost.

Pastor Sinclair has been faithfully serving at Gospel Light Baptist Church for nearly 10 years, directing the music ministry and assisting in various aspects of church leadership. His heart is to glorify God through faithful service, to strengthen the body of Christ, and to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.

Bob and Pat Biederman

Bob Joined the U.S. Navy in 1969 and served 26 years in the Submarine service and retired from the military in 1995. He then spent 20 years with Nationwide Insurance, and 2 years with Publix Supermarkets. Bob was saved in 1982 and has been serving the Lord in various ministries since. Bob served as a deacon prior to the Lord leading him and his wife Pat, to Gospel Light Baptist Church. They love serving their Pastor and church family and do it well.

James and Stephanie Stover

James has been attending the Gospel Light Baptist Church for a little over 2 years. James and his wife Stephanie have been married for 30 years and have become members of the Gospel Light Baptist Church. James is currently serving on the building committee for the build of our new church and is also serving as a deacon of the church.

Caleb and Taylor Tullos

Caleb has been serving at Gospel Light Baptist Church since its beginning. Shortly after he married is wife and they have had 10 years of marriage and have been blessed with three beautiful children. Born and raised in the Columbus area, Caleb and his family were blessed to grow up in homes that followed Christ's teachings. They are now joyfully raising their own children to do the same. Caleb is currently serving as a Deacon and also heading up our media ministry.
